General Information
I offer a range of services designed to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals, including Personal Training, tailored Training Plans, Macronutrient Strategy, Online Coaching, and Wellness Consulting. These options are available both in-person and online, offering the flexibility and convenience to suit busy lifestyles while ensuring you receive the personalised support needed to succeed.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session if rescheduling isn’t possible. While I’ll make every effort to reschedule, this cannot be guaranteed, particularly for clients with fixed weekly bookings or limited slots. Advance notice ensures flexibility and availability, helping me manage schedules effectively and provide the best experience for all clients. Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings.
Client Responsibilities
You must inform me of any health or medical conditions that may impact your training. If advised not to train or feeling unwell, notify me immediately to prioritise your safety. Your responsibilities include arriving on time and performing exercises safely, following instructions. You must also follow advice on nutrition and lifestyle, including reducing alcohol and processed foods. Accountability outside the gym is key to supporting your goals and progress.
Liability
You train at your own risk. While I’ll guide you to perform exercises safely, it’s your responsibility to prioritise safety. Only do movements you feel comfortable with and avoid those that might cause discomfort or injury. Inform me immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or uncertainty. I am not liable for injuries or health issues caused by incorrect execution or misuse of advice. If unsure about physical activity, consult a healthcare professional.
